What is a CADRE?

A group of people with a shared commitment to a mission, or cause, usually made up of members who are experienced and knowledgeable in the relevant area. Often used to provide leadership, continuity, and act as highly trained and experienced personnel. 

Our Objective

We empower athletes and provide the resources to reach their full potential by developing their physical, mental, and emotional skills. We provide individualized training programs to enhance their athletic performance and resilience, while also teaching them the importance of a positive attitude and an understanding of the demanding work associated with peak performance. We will strive to improve their knowledge of physical fitness and mental toughness, while ensuring that safety and proper technique are always at the forefront of our training. 

My son has undoubtedly benefited from your group trainings and last session said to me, "I learned more about sliding today than ever before." That is cool, and its also a great upbeat environment.
