A dynamic 90-minute hybrid training session that goes beyond lacrosse skills to develop physical and mental toughness. The first part of the session, lasting 30-35 minutes, is dedicated to physical training. We incorporate sandbags, calisthenics, bodyweight exercises, races, competitions, and more to challenge your athleticism and build strength. Expect a high-paced and demanding workout that pushes your limits. The remaining time will be devoted to lacrosse skills and concepts. Our curriculum is flexible, allowing us to focus on the specific skills that need development. Each session is designed to be intense, with a high bar set for performance. We expect players to give their all and leave their comfort zones behind. This training serves as an excellent introduction to the responsibilities and higher-level play expected in high school lacrosse. It prepares you for the challenges and demands of the game, both physically and mentally.
