I have spent my whole life in athletics because I know the lessons learned can last a lifetime. To master your sport, one must become the total athlete. In short, one needs to master the mind and the body. Both need to be equally strong to accomplish the mission. I have learned this over a lengthy career of playing and coaching.
I went to Seton Hall Prep and graduated in 2007. In my time there I played soccer, football, and lacrosse. After high school, I was fortunate enough to play lacrosse at one of the top D3 colleges in the country.
I was a four-year starter at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) and a two-year captain. I helped lead my team to several conference championships, national tournament appearances, and an undefeated regular season. Playing on a number one nationally ranked team was a great experience and taught many lessons.
After graduating from RIT in 2011, I began my coaching career. I have coached players at every level, ranging from beginners to some of the most experienced college players. I have coached at the high school level either on a team or acting as a trainer. I have also honed my skills over the years by getting to know players through private and small group training.
I look forward to working with you and improving your game. No two players are the same. Therefore, I look forward to getting to know you and creating your individualized coaching program.
